In this piece, cool tones envelop the figure in an atmosphere of silence and contemplation. The inclined posture and the light touching her back evoke the need to be with herself, but also the presence of a discreet, almost imperceptible hope. That warm light breaks through the darkness and suggests an inner rebirth.

The contrast between the cool shades and golden transparencies gives substance to a scene where vulnerability and strength coexist. In this work, realism merges with symbolism, and the figure emerges from the background like an emotion taking shape.

From a technical point of view, it is an oil on wood on a 3D frame, with painted edges, which allows it to be presented without framing.

Participated in a group exhibition in 2024 and was awarded an Honorable Mention in the Exhibition in New York contest of the Foundation Circle of the Arts in the same year.
